The Challenge

The client required a permanent, certified anchor point on a City of London rooftop to enable safe access for cleaning a 6-7 floor riser. The system needed to be fully compliant with BS 7883:2019, installed without hot works (no welding or cutting on site), and issued with full LOLER certification upon completion.

The Solution

iRopeAccess delivered a complete turnkey package comprising:

  • Bespoke galvanised steel beam designed and fabricated by MAH Steel to project-specific requirements
  • Lindapter clamping system for secure, non-invasive fixing without hot works
  • Load testing carried out in accordance with BS 7883:2019
  • LOLER certificate issued upon successful completion of all tests
