Every roof slope, chimney, gutter and parapet photographed from the air in under an hour, a written report with a severity register within 48 hours, and the same IRATA team to abseil to confirm and repair what the survey finds. What the survey covers:

60 to 120 photographs organised by roof section, each with its time, position and altitude
4K fly-round video and a private web page you can forward
Severity register 1 to 5 with a timescale for every item, mapped to RICS 1 to 3
Flight record: date, conditions, pilot, aircraft, CAA authorisation route
Explicit list of what could not be seen, and a limitations block
Rope access verification of items rated 4 or 5 as the Survey & Verify option
