Stratford's skyline is young, glass, cladding and rainscreen systems from the Olympic build-out onwards, and that stock is now hitting the age where sealant fails, fixings need inspection and façades need their first serious maintenance cycle.
We work at height across E15 for schools, contractors and building managers: cladding inspection and cleaning, mastic replacement, leak investigation on podium decks and roof plant screens, all IRATA-supervised.
